Warm up jog from Susan's to the BTS start point. Wonderfully I managed to run within about 20 feet of 2 boxes without tapping either of them. Doh!

LVOs BTS training. Good little group out today. Scooped up a few on the way to Victoria Park, did a lap of the park then out over the footbridge into Inverary and got a couple there before getting the ones between the Belmont and Newtonards Roads. Had to work pretty hard over the last 2k or so to make it back in time and still managed to be 15s late. Whoops.

Pilates with Susan. Apparently after I have been running my shoulders have a mind of their own and were all over the place. Another 1:1 session so nowhere to hide! Attempted teaser prep today which seemed to just involve me laughing whilst Susan held me in the correct position..... I'm sure I was supposed to be helping in someway.

Nice little 100 pointer Beat The Street jog around the Ravenhill/Ormeau Road area. Got lucky at one point, path is marked on the map - the locked gate is not, but thankfully a girl behind me had a key so I didn't have to run back round!

7 of us in the class today, and 7 don't really fit in the new studio all that well. Lots of trying to avoid being kicked / kicking someone.

Cycling (Spin) 50:00 [4]

Actually quite liked this class. The instructor occasionally walked through the class checking no one was cheating which was def good motivation.
