Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [1]

Pilates with Susan :) starting to get the hang of correcting my own posture before I am prompted. Must remember not to look at the floor!

Cross Training warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Cross Training 34:00 [4]

Monday night track session - 1,2,3 mins x 4 with half recovery. Boredom set in pretty damn quickly...

Cross Training warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Note

Had to do a gym induction in order to use the Cross Trainer, and the induction was filled with children.... Might be the only gym I've ever been to where under 16s are allowed in (unsupervised) - apparently they can use everything bar the free weights.

Strength and Conditioning 55:00 [1]

Reformer. One of the girls fell off whilst doing lunges today, just wobbled off sideways, thankfully she landed on her feet.

Cycling 50:00 [4]

Spin. Instructor really annoyed me tonight with his unrealistic target RPMs..... Level 6 160 RPMS GO!!! Are you taking the piss??? Most people in the class can barely get it over 125 (me included)

Running warm up/down 9:39 [1] 1.03 km (9:22 / km)

Warm up jog and a few dynamic stretches with Susan

Running 19:05 [3] 3.04 km (6:17 / km)

BTS with Susan - plan was 15-20 mins easy but we lost track of time so I had to nail it through the last couple of mins to make it to Barre in time.

Strength and Conditioning 55:00 [1]

Much sweatier than usual - probably due to the running beforehand..... Extra leg work tonight - ouchies.
