Rerunning last years Christmas Cracker route with Steph, a bit hungover so tougher than it could have been. Managed to stay together even going up the hills which hopefully bodes well for the actual race

WENT 6, Wallace Park. Great course with a little bit of urban thrown in to get length. Nearly didn't see number 105 but got it in the end. 2 mistakes, 1st not seeing the gate by the duck pond and running extra length to get 101 and then not realising that 130 was on the far side of the fence and therefore having to run extra length to get round to it. In my defense for that one the description said hedge end and the map shows the the hedge meeting the fence, so it was unclear which side the control was on. Although I should have twigged it was on the outside given how short a leg it would have been to 140 had it been on the inside. Managed to get all 99 points tonight with a whopping 4s to spare, phew.

Tribal. Quite a heavy leg session due to the rain but the squat version of bring Sally up bring Sally down nearly killed me!

4 down to 2 in 15s intervals. 2mins recovery for the first 5 then 90s for the rest. Used the first one as a bit of a warm up and then pushed on for the rest, mainly lapping in 90-92s range which is my fastest session so far. Felt pretty strong throughout so hopefully I can build from here
