Reformer. Yvie was taking the class, I had the full body shakes as I left, and it was supposedly a beginners class!

5 mins down to 1.5 mins at 30s intervals with half recovery. No Suzie/Tricia/Jenny tonight to help with the pacing so planned to take the first couple relatively easy and then as the reps got shorter, pick up the pace. Lapping in 1.40 for the 5 min rep but hitting low 90s for the later ones and 86 for the final rep. Hips flexors a little achy but generally felt pretty strong tonight.
