QUBOC Elms Sprint. Good course with lots of twisting and turn making great use of the multi-level area, I think we had 7 controls in there. Lots of places to make big errors too. I think because of this I was a bit too hesitant and didn't push myself as hard as I could have done. Was definitely not knackered by the end of the course, so clearly I have much more to give. But I had a lot of fun and it was great to be back sprinting again :)

Quads took another battering tonight, I was clinging to the barre for dear life during the squat section. Ouch.

5 / 4 / 3 / 2 mins with half recovery x 2. Absolutely pissing it down. Twas grim. Took the 5 minutes fairly easy and then tried to keep consistent for the rest. Lapping in about 95 for most reps. Stuck with Suzie for most of it and tried not to let Hazel get too far in front.
