Everybody's favourite session, 4 mins down to 2 at 15s intervals with half recovery. Suzie and I managed to tuck in behind Hazel for the first couple of reps which was really good for pacing as she is so consistent in her pace. Lapping between 93-95 although I had to work hard to achieve it on the 2.45 rep as I kept switching off and cruising. Wind really started to pick up during the second half just to add to the fun :)
