Seem to have lost my motivation recently and turned up tonight feeling fat and slow so I didn't have high hopes for the session. Managed to stay ahead for all of the 1's and then was a bit hit or miss with the 2's, sometimes I was level with Susan, others she got ahead. She got away for the first 3 but I found my competitiveness on the back straight of the 2nd 3 and managed to get past coming round the bend. Still feel that I've lost some of my speed but Susan is running really well at the moment so hopefully I can use that as motivation to get back out there and do some speed work.

Road loop round Ormeau, up the Annandale Embankment and back down the Ravenhill road. Not quite as long as I remembered

Strength work with the parkfit girls. Susan lead most of it and included death by squats, 30s time frame, first 30 = 1 squat, 2nd = 2 Squats and so on. I managed to get up to 20 (in 25s) but then my knee started to hurt so I packed it in 23 was doable, 25 the target. Got some revenge by making her clean and jerk a powerbag :)

Drumkeeragh loop, felt pretty good until about 2/3 of the way round then my legs just died. Last hill was a killer
