The monthly 7 x 3.5 mins session and it was really wet and windy down at the track. My legs really weren't up for this tonight, they felt like lead for the entire session so I didn't push it too hard, laps were anywhere between 98 - 1.46 I wasn't so much focusing on consistency but more on just making it through the session.

Terrible warm down, but just as I started the rain started to come down really hard again and I instantly froze so finished my lap and legged it to the car
