NI colour series 1. Navigation was a bit dodgy today, I was making mistakes left right and centre, including 2 mistakes at the same path junction! Also definitely felt a lack of terrain fitness as I plodded my way through many a marsh! I have to say a big thank you to jmillar2 who unhooked my hair from a tree as I was stuck fast, clearly the reason I was so slow to the finish............

Sprint the digital numbers 1-7 with Susan. Wheezed my way through the session having to walk the recoveries a bit slower than normal just to try and breathe. I still hate number 6 and I'm not looking forward to adding on 8 but other than that I enjoyed it

Susan's half of Parkfit, thankfully there was less running and jumping as usual as I wasn't feeling great. It still hurt like hell though, I'd forgotten all about Hitlers dog....

Finishing it off with a lovely bit of yoga, still feel like my shoulders are going to collapse during downward dog but I still felt a lot looser by the time we'd finished :)

Hollie was sick tonight so it was a slightly less mental session than usual. Started off with a 5 x 40s jogging 40s skipping interval as a warm up as Holz sat in the car shouting at us out the window! Then into the session proper

3 Sets of
20 x Squat Jumps, Press ups, Get ups, Jump Lunges and Gorilla Stamps
2 x Shuttles
10 x Burpees

1 Set leg work 40s on 20s off
Wide Squat, bouncing half squat, narrow squat, bouncing squat, squat with 2 reverse lunges, bouncing squat, rocket squats with another bouncing squat to finish

1 Set Core 40s on 20s off
Toe Taps, v-position chest press with weight, alternate leg toe taps, chest press, super crunch, chest press, Russian twists, chest press
