Queen's Sprint. Elms. Really fun event, probably would have gone quite a bit faster had it not been wet, I was being a real wuss around corners as I had no grip whatsoever on the leaves :( A couple of mistakes first to 5, didnt come down far enough and so ended up running around an extra building. Came down the stairs and turned right by accident and then had to turn around and peg it back the way I came also I didnt see the grass route between 26-27 and ended up wiggling my way through the buildings, down the stairs and right around the building into 27. Probably lost 30s on that leg alone. Overall I was fairly happy with my run and the golden boot has returned to the house for another year....

Class was a bit better tonight - much tougher physically but there is only so much tug of war I can take before my wrists give out....

Note to self: when getting changed in the car don't park near floodlights they may turn on at rather unfortunate moments....

Hard one to get the head around tonight

The two fours were killers as was the final 3. Felt really tired tonight even though I havent done all that much recently but I think part of that is a cold cos my lungs werent really working.
