2/3rd of the Drumkeeragh loop, my legs just weren't playing today, after nearly wiping out for the 5th time I decided to call it a day after I caught Mum.

Both road loops tonight, I nearly bailed after the first loop due to the heat but manned up and ran both. Just keeping the legs ticking over

Gentle leg stretcher, but it was so hot, I didn't worry about pace I just tried to keep the legs moving

Taffs class. He absolutely beasted and core tonight but had to keep the intensity quite low due to the heat. But toning and tanning is always great fun!

O holy hell this one hurt
7 / 2 /1 / 7 / 2 / 1 / 4 with half recovery my legs felt heavy and from the second 7 onwards they were utterly dead.
