It's amazing what a bit of sleep can do for you :) I felt much Perkier today and had great fun lobbing tyres around the place, the 'long' runs are getting faster too which is always nice.

Very nearly fell asleep in the car and just as I thought screw it I'm going home, James turned up and told me to pull myself together. My heart really wasn't in it tonight so I just took it easy, I'm pretty sure some of the blues were beating me but I just didn't care. Who knew the working world was such hard work?

An error strewn run, by the time I realised that collecting an odd an even and the bonus control was impossible in the time limit I had already wasted 15mins collecting the two furthest controls, then it just became a mad dash to collect as many as possible int the time left, 160 points having missed 2 controls, not a run I'm happy with but learning from my mistakes is what training is for!

Warm up jog over to stormont followed by 10 hill sprints between a couple of the lamp posts and a jog back to belmont

Started off with a brutal dips exercise followed by a load of leg work, I was starting to think he'd forgotten about the core work, unfortunately he hadn't. What followed was possibley one of the most painful 20 mins of my life, why 'rest' was the plank, every type of crunch under the sun as well as a other leg based core excercises were thrown at us, it felt so good to stop!

I had meant to do a pre parkfit run, but I missed both buses coming out of work and turned up 10 mins late, lots of presssups, lunges and squats tonight I was definitely feeling the burn tonight. We haven't done core work in ages so I put a request in for tomorrow night much to everyone elses annoyance, whoops.
