5 mins down to 1.5 mins at 30s intervals with half recovery. No Suzie/Tricia/Jenny tonight to help with the pacing so planned to take the first couple relatively easy and then as the reps got shorter, pick up the pace. Lapping in 1.40 for the 5 min rep but hitting low 90s for the later ones and 86 for the final rep. Hips flexors a little achy but generally felt pretty strong tonight.

Sprint training with Susan. Focusing on long legs and making a decision quickly and then executing it correctly. Mostly chose the correct route choices but had the occasional wobble on the execution part, brain just wasn't correcting mistakes fast enough. Got a bit confused by the map on the last interval so there was a bit of hesitation thrown in there too. Really good training, thanks to Susan for putting it on for me.

30 people turned up tonight. I don't think Hollie was prepared for so many peeps so the class seemed a little bit thrown together and not as hard as usual.
