DS hills just on dark, did 6 x around 1.18. Hard work to keep up the pace.

Snuck out to blochaus just before closing and did a few climbs I’d been trying to get for a while

3x3k tempo on the trails around black mtn. A bit stiff in my hips and itb still but enjoyed the feeling of comfortably hard running although wasn’t moving too quickly up hill. Couple of min jog between efforts.

Meant to be a day off but had to go to work so got up early to get a run in. Not often I go out at 6am and I hated it. Felt sick running in the dark with no breaky for the first 45min. Once it got light I started to enjoy it slightly more and get going a bit better but still felt half asleep. Shouldn’t have stayed up watching the dauphine. Highlight was seeing some birds chasing a fox into wybalena gr at the end of the run.

Jog to school for drop off then did 8k tempo around black mtn. Feeling good but hard work on the bigger hills.

At bloc haus - went to capital brew house after for a beer and to see the footy.

Lake of the lake with 54321min efforts. Did the first few 1min recoveries a bit faster but was cooked for the last few.
