Mountain Biking 2:05:00 [3]

Mtb at majura with Thomas in the late arvo. Feeling pretty tired/ lazy and cut my tyre in Bruce ridge on the way over which wouldn’t seal so had to put the spare tube in. This wasted some time so was cutting it fine to do a decent loop at majura and be back before dark.

Famous Five hills with Andy when we both happened to be going out for a run at the same time in the late arvo. I convinced him to do something harder and struggled to hang on. Good solid session but still not running normally i dont think.

Arvo run, bumped into Kay Haarsma after a few min and stopped for a chat and then did 25min hilly tempo on the slopes of black mtn and back over aranda hill. Nearly trod on 3 quite big lizards.

Quick spin on Bruce ridge w Thomas after work. Finished at aranda for steak and beer night

Run after work that o snuck in before it got dark. Did 10x 1min w 30sec recovery as a token session.
