Joyce Park bike path. 4 x 400 m intervals. (400 m slower in between). Felt a little tired and sluggish, especially starting and the first two were slower than the should have been. Harder to motivate to maximum effort with nobody running with me. times 1:41, 1:38, 1:33, 1:33. Path a bit damp with a few slippery leaves.
