indoors w/u, then long way to bdb track, 1 mile at slightly over 8 pace (the rest being significantly slower), home on streets to east. Man, its a heat wave out there, 60deg. thats st. louis for you, just when I start adjusting to real cold temps, have to yoyo back and forth.
