2 miles at 7:32 pace, 2R, 1 mile @ 7:33 pace. What this is telling me is that this is not my half marathon pace. Probably not even with some more training and a good taper. At least not 3 weeks more training.
The good news is not only am I still running, but I've been running 40-50 miles per week for the first time in a long time!
