A nod to TomN...when I saw this on his log I thought it would be just what I needed. Honestly I was a little depressed, looking at my log and seeing the training hours tank, and thinking those thoughts that anyone over 65 will understand. No confidence in my abilities or my hurting foot either. But all seems to be well. I can't believe I did it! Certainly helped that I didn't have hold back for a national O meet coming up too.

back for another try. continuous run w strides, then 4 x 200 @ just over mile pace w 200 easy, 4 x400 @ 7:30ish pace w 400 easy, and 2 x 200 at a bit over mile pace.
