to garden and back via park/street both ways. feels like a recovery day, but recovery from what? a day off? or life?specifically, muscles feel weak and breathing doesnt seem up to the job.
including nike 4 core and lite upper, salutes, pushups, triangle/warrior, single leg....neck and trunk rotation. for some reason this felt energy-positive not energy negative.
A little cooler/less humid. 74/68. back to cemetery. after 35 minutes warmup jog on grass, hopped on paved loop. ran about 2 miles at 7:30 pace, surprised it was so slow.
