to garden and back via park/street both ways. feels like a recovery day, but recovery from what? a day off? or life?specifically, muscles feel weak and breathing doesnt seem up to the job.

including nike 4 core and lite upper, salutes, pushups, triangle/warrior, single leg....neck and trunk rotation. for some reason this felt energy-positive not energy negative.

A little cooler/less humid. 74/68. back to cemetery. after 35 minutes warmup jog on grass, hopped on paved loop. ran about 2 miles at 7:30 pace, surprised it was so slow.

good session. if i was going to climb seriously would have to work on my upper body endurance.

72F, 84H. Bit of a struggle, feeling yesterdays extracurricular activities. 4 x 800 w/ 3R @ 2 mile, but took 2 to even get to pace. 3:29, 3:27, 3:23, 3:24
then 4 x 200 w 2R 44,44,46,47. Times were tailing off and feeling dizzy after each one...
