time trial 1200 at webster track. cooler but still humid. goal was 6m pace, but the 2nd q slowed so we hit 4:36. not too worried about it. Second quarter at Macklind is the big push though, so I have to be sure to shift gears there.
Then 4 x 200 w 2R @38, 41, 42, 39 while B. zoomed off at 36, 32, 30, 30. Now I know what it feels like to be chasing a 4 minute miler:)

go all-american 5k. 83F, 67r.h. 22:44. worst 5k time ever. Felt great afterwards.

as far as i can tell my splits were something like 6:55, 7:05 and 8:44 for the rest! ha ha.
