let me run 5k race - spent most of it pacing a kid at 10 min pace, which was just as well since it was 80 and ozonated. then cut loose w 600 to go @ sub 6 pace. heat etc no problem at that pace and the strongest I have ever felt at a 5k finish:)
Made costly 180 degree error which involved climbing yet another steep hill, and I bailed. Now realizing I am exhausted and need to take a couple of days off.
