6 hr deep, almost totally awake then 4 hr fitful. this bug is taking its toll so good to get zzz's in any form

seem to have picked up another light bug
(later)back to bed for 2 hours , very light sleep maybe, and a second breakfast seem to help. Maybe a workout in the cards today after all!

YES - so grateful to get this workout in w the busy day and the sniffles!
Castlewood tempo course. Paved loop 4:59, trail mile out 7:35, trail mile back 7:32. Happy w the negative split, since back was fatigued into a headwind.

Last time I did about 5 weeks ago this was actually 7:09, 5:02,7:27 but this felt like the better run - more relaxed and consistent.

felt like i needed to run more, but awful slow warming up again. then 3 x 3 pavilions w/ 1R. told myself anything under 6 was ok. the cruise intervals help keep me on pace. 5:56, 5:46, 5:42
