Castlewood tempo course. Paved loop 4:59, trail mile out 7:35, trail mile back 7:32. Happy w the negative split, since back was fatigued into a headwind.
Last time I did about 5 weeks ago this was actually 7:09, 5:02,7:27 but this felt like the better run - more relaxed and consistent.
some people would be glad for 7 hours sleep, but when you have been relying on 10-11 to sustain activity level, 7 is going to be a big shift in attitude

felt like i needed to run more, but awful slow warming up again. then 3 x 3 pavilions w/ 1R. told myself anything under 6 was ok. the cruise intervals help keep me on pace. 5:56, 5:46, 5:42
