16, light wind, sunny. t-shirt, heavy fleece type shirt and OR running jacket w hood, lightweight balaclava, shorts and running pants, alpaca gloves in mitten shell. upper body too warm, removed OR hood and zipped jacket all the way down.
Same setup w a lighter mid-layer would be fine.

brisk warmup. later cooldown w surges on straights. 30 minutes on treadmill (some kind of record), warming up briefly at 10 min pace, then @ 8:30 pace, 1.5% incline, with extended surges in 7-7:30 range.
