weird bug? sore joints and muscles all over, super fatigued, some fever/inflammation but no sore throat, congestion and all that stuff. even looked up chiggers to see if they carry anything. have not seen any signs of ticks. update:mysteriously departed the way it came

4 x 87s on mill, 15%, 5mph (highest so far, shoulder is getting better)

would be bonkers w/o those mill exercises
incline forward dips and sit ups, biceps curl left arm, assisted pullup and pressup left arm only, abductors and adductors, leg press @ 250#, misc filler stuff between, like high kicks, walking lunges etc
1.5 hr powerwalk on green rock to melrose, cut the plateau on out to get more hill, but followed trail back. then same trails as last week w sis a bit slower w dogs
