i lost 5 pounds since last night and I'm on my 3rd t-shirt of the morning, it gets an honorable mention...even though the result is more exhaustion than anything else.
to garden and then to Y to get 'silver sneakers' membership, and they still have the 'running stride' elllipticals w the flat landing instead of the circular motion. now have free access to just about every recplex and Y in the area.

castlewood sp. very atypically for me, only slept 5 hours after an extremely fat-dense supper..but I had to go running. in the woods. while it was still cool and quiet.
