another macklin first half mile tt. only 3:01 today, feeling a little weary.

against lazy river, current variable depending on where other people were and how many total on the course - less is more. hardly passing walkers, which is a bit disconcerting, but a good effort I trust.

600 - 2:17 3:20R (5 seconds slow but I'll take it)
