BR group run in FP. short warmup then 3 x 2mile at a little less than 1/2 marathon pace (supposedly)...best I could manage was 7:33,7:40 - 7:12 (huh?), 7:42 - 7:37, 7:39. Not too worried about tailing off, I was able to run through all those injuries, and I feel some form returning. So, its ok.
