2 days without running, feels like it probably will be more. Feels like my clock needs to be reset before I start training for the spring trail runs and O meets.
No running today either. Thinking of going to a spinning class, maybe 'rock' climbing at the gym, try some different things to get new traction.

errands. among them picking up B12 supplement.
doctor found I have very low B12 and somewhat low hemoglobin which is regulated by B12...so interesting to see what taking the supplement will do to my training, which has felt like its stuck in 2nd gear for a while. I have to wonder if all my training hours, and daydreaming (and actual visiting) of the mountains could be driven by my bodies craving to raise its red blood cell count.
