Edit - Whoa, I blew it - the race is on Sunday not Saturday, so it looks like the legs will get rested.

ride via metro to creve couer office meeting, then back on bike via whole foods/trader joes and fully laden, w/ groceries and chocolate-containing trail mix, to gravel trek at river des peres. sweet!

to wilmore, 3 x 800 pavilion to pavilion, grass with rise at end, 3:11, 3:11, 3:13
