to track, tried to stay moe on pavement, w/ surges on the pavement. Then a ladder, 800-400-200-400-400. the last one was uspposed to be an 800 but when i came around the first lap jogging 15 seconds behind target time i cut it short. 3:07, 1:34, 39, 1:26, 1:45,,,phttttt

cut the front lawn w/ the reel mower. All the grinding roaring noises all weekend long were really depressing me, so I decided to remove the log from my eye, and give the electric mower a rest. Some needed upper arm activity too - pathetic, but true.
