then switched shoes, like the Sens for this distance. Private goal was one 300 @ 1:00 or less, and apparently I achieved that, just - 1:00.00!!

and the intervals do follow yesterdays tempo pretty well, as long as expectations are low.

Cliff cave to do 3k TT to sub for race. Sounded pretty good on paper, flat, no turns, little traffic on a cool cloudy morning. Except for the water covering the paved trail

Cliff cave trails except it took 10 minutes to get out and back to the dirt, some bushwacking to keep it at 10 minutes. While I understand t it probably is a blessing for many, what a fiasco that paved trail is, from my user perspective. Sure we have bigger problems to worry about...

feeling sub-par the last few days, obviously, and cant decide whether to do race on Sat or maybe just TT on my own, so I just did a desperation kickstarter. 8 x 200 @ 42 avg. w/ 1R. Which even though I felt lousy, is quite good for me. Had the track teams for company, so that helped!
