bnb track was closed for school sport so turned to the gravel track for succor. ran w the brand new Adios Boost 4 off e-bay for $40, the available size 10 fits ok. No idea why they are giving them away.

kind of a fartlek interval thing. on the fourth progressive stride i just kept going, stopping and walking at 1:30 intervals and still finishing the k in under 5 min. then a 4:18k back. 3R. Then a 1:30 interval, had forgotten where the start was. 6R jog.
then 3 x '800' (or close to it) @ 3:15 with 6R jog back.

feeling weary, ironically 200's seemed the easiest way to get some running in.
6 x 200 w 2R @ 41ish. Ran there from the car place, then to Joans, then back home - the stops and starts were murder.

3 x slight uphill, then slight dh, then finish w steeper downhill w 5-6 min. walk/jog recovery on hills section of loop. Near interval effort, worked on turnover on dh finish. 4:29, 4:12, 4:08. (somewhere in the vicinity of 1k, wide gravel trail)
