2 sets 6 x 200 @ 50 w 200 ACTUAL jog(1:40 first set, 1:30 second set) rest 5R between sets. Got monitor results. 140 BPM max HEART RATE seems really low. Is this normal? I wasn't going all out, but it was still a strong effort...
