8 x 1:30 rep w generally 3R.

Air quality was green, but still high green and the 3 pollutants listed keep trading places, at the same time of day. Some changes have been made to the AQ website. Would it really really be too far- fetched to think someone has adjusted the reporting so it always looks green even if its not? In normal circumstances, probably, but in todays climate.....?????

Js workout which is not a workout, but is really helpful to me, since it is continuous run. The effect for me is like a tempo. 10 strides easy, 10 brisk, 20. 20, up to 100 and then back down.

Fire hydrant to fire hydrant 800m TT. 810 meters @ 3:09, so about 3:07 for the 800. That doesn't seem very fast, lol. But it felt good to stumble out of bed and just do this a la race time. Longer strides in warmup would help, the motor takes a while to get going these days.

Track was closed - don't they realize that the more places they close down the more crowded the other places will be? Or maybe they are trying to foster economic recovery by having people stay at home, watch tv, and buy stuff.

So went to Francis, and did intervals on grass. Getting hot. Distance and rest both formed a similar bell curve (sort of).

29 seconds, 1:50 rest (jog walk)
36, 2:23
50, 2:20 (kept moving back the goal posts)
54, 3:09
