5 min warmup on ellitica' then 5m w/u on track, then treadmill: 1 min easy, 2 min 7:41, 7 min 7:19. cap off w 6 x 80 strides at mile race pace on track.
when i got shoes, i thought they were a bust and kind of set them aside. now discovering they are great speed shoes for indoors track.
