had a business meeting nearby, and thought Meramec O was today. oops.

orienteering 40:00 [2]

ran part of old course. saw 1 control in woods. too bad. then, tired+no water+big hills+warm temps = meltdown (i.e. dizzy, weak and dehydrated)

so walked/bushwhacked rest of way in, route planning not the best...included having to wade in the river to get by cliffs.
