Hull City Race - 2nd Fast and furious, no real issues, slightly scrappy at the end when tired but got a bit faster as we went on, probably a bit cautious to begin with after yday but wasn't too bad
Hull Tri-O Race 1, Humber Bridge Sprint Great fun, went well.
1 PM
Orienteering race 32:55 [5] 5.1 mi (6:27 / mi)
Hull Tri-O, Race 2, Cottingham Sprint Did the 4's, the 3's and then the 5's Fell for the trap on one of the 3's and thought I could get out bottom left of the leisure centre but a contour line cut through the hedge. Ran hard to make sure I got them all
2 PM
Orienteering race 15:06 [4] 2.0 mi (7:33 / mi)
Hull Tri-O, Race 3, Cottingham School sprint Good planning to make the best of the area, struggled with the scale at first, veered off on the way to #2, overshot #3 and #8 big time, then got going. A great day of orienteering, good to do something different, well done to HALO
Hob Moor. Not as hot as expected. Or I've acclimatised.

Very scrappy to begin with didn't get into the map at all. Silly mistake running back to main path to 6 as well. Fine after that, which is what it should have been. Legs still not up for it either.
Absolute garbage for the first 3, 2.45,2.41,2.36 Felt like very hard work Managed to rouse myself to 2.32,2.29,2.27 with only slightly more effort. Then the 2s were good 31,28 (!)31,30,29 All very odd, suggests fatigue, but don't think I've done enough at all of late to warrant that.
