Rock Climbing 1:00:00 [3]

Drove down to Dartmouth college to get familiar with their ropes course and local operating procedures as well as attending a safety class for incoming instructors!

Hyyyyyyppppeeeee

Such a fun day and learned a lot but because it was a training, we were blazing through the elements and focusing more on the safety instead of playing around....
Maybe next time though haha!

Rock Climbing 1:00:00 [3]

All day ropes course set up/climbing/gear retrieval class in preparation for my Association for Challenge Course Technology certification in two weeks!!

"Certification is the indication that a particular individual has met a certain set of criteria at a given time. ACCT has developed certification standards in order to define certification in the challenge course industry, to the benefit of both the individual holding the certification and the employer looking to assess an applicant’s skills. Certification is the testing and skills verification piece that follows a training."

Hiking/Backpacking 1:15:00 [3]

50lbs weighted hike around town before my hip doctor's appointment.

Update: I've "Exhausted the resources" at the hospital, and at this point they'll approve my referral to a different hip specialist (the one I wanted to see 12 weeks ago)
Again, god bless the US health care system.
