Orienteering race 51:46 [3]

First Orienteering race since Norway!

Aspects I'm happy about:
1) My physical ability to keep running
2) The lack of twisted ankles
3) Bearings were on point

Aspects I'm not happy about:
1) A Bulgarian Chauga song was stuck in my head
2) I doubted myself when I shouldn't have
3) Trump might actually become president
4) I treated this race as a training rather than an actual race #OnlyPersonInF20

I am waiting for the day when orienteering maps are made for the entire state of Vermont, that way I won't have to wait for "map training" until an actual race

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

A nippy 4*C this morning! 5:30 wake up wasn't as bad as I initially thought it would be!
I CAN'T WAIT FOR WINTER!!!

Drills warm up/down 10:00 [4]

Ladder

Core 20:00 [4]

Total of 245 push ups, and 50 Burpees.

A teammate was late (i.e 100 push ups) and then we had general f*ckups.
(i.e, ball went out, people were walking, bunching, etc)

Soccer 45:00 [3]

Rock Climbing 5:30:00 [3]

Part two of the exam weekend. Sent it up Bolton Crag. 10/10 would recommend.

Over all this weekend's climbs ranged from 5.5-5.10, with types of climbs ranging from flakes, cracks, and face. I really do hope I can incorporate the skills that I learned over this weekend into my profession. Two years and seven months away from graduating!!
