spiked:16/17c shoes: More Miles Cheviot 3

Farleton Knott Blue 5.6k. A lot of climb, and hard work over the pavement. A couple of bingo controls, one in a gorse thicket on a well-hidden stream source.
Thrashed around for no 2, but otherwise accurate.

JOK Chasing Sprint prologue, Delamere. Fairly easy course, used the area well.

shoes: Icebug Zeal OLX

JOK Chasing Sprint - the chase. Pale Heights, Delamere. Made up about three places on quite a fluent run.

Lees Lane, Appley Bridge, BP garage, Parbold Hill. Kept the pace under 6 all the way in spite of the climb. A bit more climb than last week, at the same pace.
