Road race race 2:16:53 [3] 20.8 km (6:35 / km) +665m 5:40 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Hyper Tri

Crater Lake Rim Run. Used the Asics to try & reduce leg fatigue. I'd say it worked. Various minor injuries gave no trouble. First 15k at a fast pace - 300m climb with 600 descent in exactly 90 mins. Last 5.8k had another 300m climb with no respite. Added 2mins per k.

Nomads, brick path to Ashurst Beacon, back via the canal. Tired legs after the Six-Day, so never really got going. Steady rain, but not unpleasant.
