ventured into the woods hoping that there wouldn't be too much snow..... there's still a lot of melting left to do in the gats. sunk up to my waist a couple times and so the whole time i was tippy-toeing along hoping that i wouldn't break through. not terrible orienteering though and it was fun to get out. eric went forwards and i did it backwards though we ended up cutting off part of the course cause it would've just taken too long.

wanted to do some epic hill reps, but when i got there it was a big slushy yucky mess. so then i was going to do intervals up the stairs and around the block but i got there and there was dog poo everywhere. so by then i just decided to toodle around before coming home. however, i had promised molly that i'd go to the humaine society with her. so she hopped on her bike and i just kept running. i think that my lungs have officially been damaged from the disgusting air down carling, but we made it there and back in record time and molly also picked out a really adorable bunny rabbit. :)

10 reps of the hill, but then for the resting part, i didn't start the next interval until my heart rate was under 120. kinda cool to see the times increase as i get to past 7 reps.
