running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Running around both schools for a warmup and cooldown and then sooooo many A's, B's and C's across the lower gym.

Jumping over benches and then skipping for 6 whole minutes!!!! ahhhhhhh!!!!

Warmup and cooldown run over to the hill and back. super duper cold and windy and rainy... just lovely!!

Same hill intervals as usual... although there was actually grass on the hill to run on!!! woohoo!!!!! friggin cold... but still... there was grass!!!!!!! hooray!!!!!!

Tempo run with the team. Lost a few people over the whole loop, so it ended up just being me and another guy for the last half.

Really noticing a difference in the number of push-ups and chin-ups (or at least a form of chin-ups...) i can do! Hooray!!!

To and from tutoring. Not much of a dangerous adventure, though getting onto Woodroffe was rather interesting.

Got to skip half of band to go to the rest of the track practice! made it for the last 2 interval loop thingymadooers.

4 x 5min hard intervals with 2min rest between each one. ran with troy for all of it; 2 of them i was bout 10m behind, and then for the other 2 i was right with him.

O-tervals around the ottawa u campus! nice to change it up to a different map that's actually sprint standard!!! really tricky with all the stairs and different overhang thingymadooers, but still tons of fun!!

Too nice of a day to not go out again, so I dragged Molly out on her roller blades and we did the usual loop. Was rather interesting having her along, though it did make the run rather exciting. Had to help pull her up the hill on Churchill which must've looked rather interesting...
