Nice run with South Jersey Athletics Club today (15 miles with group) - then I did 5 + 2 miles more for the longest run so far of 22 miles (that was not in a race). I could have used a map, because I turned around 2 blocks before reaching Kings Highway thinking I was going the wrong way. That made my planned 20 mile run a 22 mile Run!
