GPS Robert Hesketh:
First Night O! GPS is great it even sees in the dark! I ran/walked in hiking boots and that must have thrown my pacing off! I really liked the stream bed that was only 200 meters from the road!????

Attacked twice from the road junction and then from each lake/swamp that I found. I even attacked from control 6 - and came fairly close, but I just couldn't see enough to get the control!.

Night O' is a good challenge of orienteering skills and proves that I need more! I had a hard time seeing with the light, continuous lens glasses and map.

But the real problem was
a) it was past my bed time and I couldn't think - How could I confuse a stream that goes from one swamp to another that is at least 250 m in length with a stream that is 25 m in length coming from a small lake!
b) I can't count
c) I can't see in the dark
d) It was beer time
