On the Pencaitland Railway with Alice and Nixon, easier on the way out thanks to the gradual decline and a bit grindy on the climbs. Ticked off 4:15s for the last 4k as Alice zoomed off, felt quite nice. No pain on shin from yesterday, so no worries and happy days. New shoes feel divine.
