Woke up with the same headache as yesterday, it's receded a bit after eating and drinking but still mildly there. Calf muscles unhealthily sore and soreness has crept to the side of my red leg as well, need intensive rolling.

More calf and IT band rolling to come. Nice tough climb up Mellbreak and then more chill climbs and the long descent back to the bikes. Felt pretty cream crackered at the end of this, didn't fancy the ride home. Shin pain 0
