Hill session to get the blood pumping. Oh man, was not there, was feeling big badness coming in halfway through, and my choice of footwear was the normal mileage shoes and they were quite heavy and mentally harmful. Was close to calling it at 5 but went on to do the 6th and the 30s. Glad that's done.
