Higher effort, HR was high at the end and was breathing quite hard, still a little ill. Enjoyed the course, tried not to go into this with any plans or ideas and just to run it at a good pace. Grass was pretty wet.

Had clearly less energy that earlier so took it a bit slower, don't think I could have gone much faster. Think 3 was an interesting route choice but don't think anyone went right to test that. Execution not as good as the first course, am keen to recover properly, think I've been a little meh for a bit now.

Up to training to check if things were runnable and hang a few tapes on bushes. Good time plodding around and seeing the boys run. Thinking of doing woods in two weeks with streamers. Time to mentally recover from the shock of the last ten minutes against Olympiacos.
